UPU microfinance bank, varsity take off this year, says Taiga

The President-General of Urhobo Progress Union (UPU) Worldwide, Olorogun (Dr.) Moses Taiga, says the Okugbe Microfinance Bank being put together by the UPU for Ewheya (Urhobo women) would take off this year. Olorogun Taiga also disclosed that the Mukoro Mowoe
