Police arrest Togolese for allegedly sleeping with underage girls for N50

The police have arrested a Togolese, Dominic Samson, 31, for allegedly sleeping with underage girls. He was said to have given them N50 each after every occasion. Samson was arrested last Monday at about 8:50a.m. by the Ejigbo Police Station
