Delta Speaker eulogises Udoh, says she was a great legislator

The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Mr. Monday Igbuya yesterday in Asaba paid glowing tributes to the deceased member of the State House of Assembly, Mrs. Omawumi Udoh who died on December 23 in London after a protracted illness.
