Naval Chief commits to troops’ welfare, anti-oil theft fight 

The Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS), Vice Admiral Idi Abbas, has directed commanders to prioritise the welfare of their personnel while sustaining the offensive against crude oil theft and other illegalities.
