Foundation, OPTS equip civil servants with new skills

The Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation, in partnership with the Oil Producers Trade Section (OPTS) has equipped 61 Federal Civil Service directors from 10 ministries with essential skills to enhance their leadership capabilities and project management expertise.
