‘Over 60 teenage thieves live under Oshodi Bridge’

One of the two suspects arrested by the operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command, has disclosed that he and about 60 other teenage thieves live under the bridge at Oshodi.
