Omo-Agege decries alleged underdevelopment of Delta despite huge allocation, IGR

The immediate past Deputy President of the Senate, Obarisi Ovie Omo-Agege, has decried the underdevelopment of Delta State despite the huge revenue accruable to the state from the federation account as a result of 13 per cent derivation and Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).
