Court returns Auxiliary’s case file to Oyo CJ for reassignment

The Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan has ordered that a case file involving a former Chairman of Disciplinary Committee of the Park Management System (PMS), Mukaila Lamidi, also known as Auxiliary, be transferred to the state’s Chief Judge for reassignment to another court.
