Convert your petition writing to research skills, new DG charges PRODA staff

Newly appointed Director General/ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Project Development Institute (PRODA), Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ogbobe, has asked staff members of the institute to convert their petition writing abilities to research skills for productivity and greater good of the agency.
