Poor varsity funding global problem, says TY Danjuma

Former Nigeria’s Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma, (rtd) has said the problem of poor university funding is a universal problem and not peculiar to Nigeria. Danjuma made the observation during his decoration as a UI@75 Ambassador
