Contempt: Court vacates order sentencing bank MD, company secretary to six weeks in prison

A Lagos Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Ikeja has vacated its order that convicted and sentenced the Managing Director and Company Secretary of Fidelity Bank Plc to six weeks in prison or a fine of N400.000.00 respectively for contempt.
