Rivers crisis deepens as Pro-Fubara lawmakers elect new Speaker

The political crisis in Rivers State has deepened as lawmakers loyal to Governor  Siminalayi Fubara on Wednesday night elected a new Speaker for the House of Assembly, Victor Jumbo.
