No bias in choice of honorary doctorate awardees, says UNN

Vice Chancellor, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, (UNN), Prof Charles Arinze Igwe, has said there is no bias in the choice of honorary doctorate degree awardees in her 51st convocation ceremony.
