Otti appoints first female health, agriculture commissioners

Governor Alex Otti of Abia State, at the weekend, inaugurated 16 out of 19 Commissioner-nominees.Among those inaugurated were first female Health and Agriculture Commissioners, Dr. Ngozi Okoronkwo and Prof. Monica Ironkwe, respectively.
