NDA commends professor for returning ₦1 Million mistakenly paid to his account

The Commandant of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Major-General John-Ochefu Ochai, has commended Professor Umar Ka'oje of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria for voluntarily returning over ₦1 million that was mistakenly paid to him.
