How poor psychiatric care heightens fear of mentally challenged country

From dearth of hospitals and mental health professionals to lack of basic amenities and poor funding, it is glaring that psychiatric care in Nigeria is in dire strait, also as the number of mental cases has spiked by over 200 per cent in the last few months.
