Court declines Obasanjo’s request to relist N1b defamation suit against newspaper

Justice Modupe Osho-Adebiyi of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court, Abuja, has dismissed an application filed by former President Olusegun Obasanjo, seeking an order to relist an earlier terminated N1billion defamation suit against Punch newspaper.
