ICPC summons Obono-Obla for second time

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has said it was yet to receive any court suit from the suspended chairman of the Special Presidential Investigation Panel on the Recovery of Public Property (SPIP), Okoi Obono-Obla to challenge his probe.
