A gathering of prominent dignitaries and industry leaders marked the official commissioning of Regency Alliance Insurance Plc’s state-of-the-art headquarters in Lagos yesterday. The event, held at the company’s new ultra-modern building located at 2 Ebun Street, Gbagada Expressway, Gbagada, in
