Rivers NIESV to expand members’ use of digital tools

In a move aimed at positioning the branch as a model of ethical and professional practice, the Rivers State Branch of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) has announced plans to expand the use of digital tools for its members.
