Electricity vandal nabbed for stealing critical power assets in Rivers 

An electricity vandal identified as Moses Joel, has been apprehended in the process of stealing some critical power assets worth millions of Naira belonging to the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Plc (PHED).
