Only 20 % of health facilities have sanitation facilities, says Minister

The Minister of Water Resources, Mr Suleiman Adamu, on Monday, said that only 20 per cent of hospitals have basic sanitation facilities, adding that this should raise concerns over the poor hygiene situations in the country.
