The outgoing governor of Lagos State Akinwunmi Ambode Wednesday morning has explained why he will be absent at the inauguration ceremony of the incoming governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at Tafa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos. Ambode, who congratulated and handed over to
