20 years after, Duke, Giwa, Uko, Onah, others set to review Carnival Calabar 

Aimed at improving and refreshing Carnival Calabar in line with global trends in tourism product development and repackaging, the Governor of Cross River State, Senator Bassey Edet Otu, has approved the appointment of a 13-member committee to review and assess the impact of the yearly festival after two decades of hosting.
