Shipowners seek long-term contracts with oil companies, ship registry automation

The Shipowners Association of Nigeria (SOAN) has called on policymakers to prioritise long-term contracts with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL) and international oil companies (IOCs).
