Police sergeant writes IGP over alleged threat to life, reduction of rank

A police sergeant, serving with Taraba State Command, Shuaibu Habu, has written to the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Alkali Baba Usman, over alleged threat to his life and reduction of rank from inspector to Sergaent.
