Let demand, supply determine house rent, says NIESV

President of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Sir Emmanuel Wike, has warned against monthly rental payment proposal by Federal Government, adding that the framework to regulate the sector was not yet in place in Nigeria.
