Njoku: Corruption in judiciary resides more in registeries

Soronnadi Njoku is an Owerri based lawyer and former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Imo State. He was also a former lawmaker, who represented Ngor Okpala North state constituency in the State House of Assembly.
