Hardship: Hold states governors responsible, rights group tell NLC

Ahead of the planned nationwide strike action by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), the Nigeria Civil Society Forum has blamed the 36 states governors of the Federation for the hardship being faced by Nigerians.
