NIWA appoints new area managers

National Inland Waterway Authority (NIWA) has re-jigged the personnel of the Authority’s Area Offices nationwide for better service delivery, optimum performance and efficiency. Under the rearrangement 10 senior officers were appointed as new area managers, four were redeployed to other
