Varsity awards Sarkin Fulani of Lagos doctorate degree

The Sarkin Fulani of Lagos and Chairman, Council of Fulani Chiefs in South West Nigeria, Alhaji Mohammad Abubakar Bambado II, has been conferred with an honorary doctorate degree from IHERIS University Lome, Republic of Togo.
