Falana condemns hate speech bill, calls it barbaric

Human rights activist, Mr. Femi Falana (SAN) has condemned the hate speech bill currently under deliberation in the National Assembly. Falana stated that the bill, which proposes the death penalty for offenders, is barbaric in this modern age.
