IYC President regains freedom, insists on protest against FG on NDDC Board

The President, Ijaw Youths Council (IYC), Peter Timothy Igbifa, has regained freedom from his abductors. Igbifa who confirmed his release to newsmen, said he was freed at Opokuma in Bayelsa State by the gunmen, who blocked his vehicle on
