UNILAG don, Suraj inaugurates African chapter of UNESCO MILID University network

A lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, University of Lagos, Dr. Olunifesi Suraj, has inaugurated the African Chapter of the UNESCO MILID Universities Network.
