Delta, NNPCL, UTM partner on Nigeria's first floating LNG

The Delta State Government, Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), and the UTM Offshore Limited, yesterday, signed a Shareholders’ Agreement for the development of first Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) in the country.
