EFCC arraigns three foreigners, vessel over alleged ₦12b oil theft

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned a vessel, MT Ostria, alongside three individuals before Justice Mojisola Dada of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos, over an alleged theft of over 13 million litres of Premium
