Lekki property owners propose end to sand-filling, flood management strategies 

Worried by potential recurrence of flood on the Island, especially in Lekki, Lekki property owners under the aegis of VGC Property Owners’ and Resident Association (VGCPORA) have highlighted strategies for achieving effective flood management in Lagos State.
