Idris Wase emerges House of Reps deputy speaker

Nigeria’s All Progressives Congress’s Ahmad Idris Wase has emerged as the deputy speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives. Wase,representing Wase Federal Constituency, Plateau State, was elected unanimously by the 358 lawmakers present at the green chamber.
