W'Bank, ACReSAL earmark $2.3m to address climate change

The World Bank in partnership with Agro-Climate Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes has earmarked $2, 252,000 (N3.8 billion) to address the challenges of climate change and land degradation in Yobe State.
