Tinubu congratulates UICC president, Shinkafi-Bagudu

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated paediatrician and former First Lady of Kebbi State, Dr Zainab Shinkafi-Bagudu, on her election as president of Union for International Cancer Control (UICC).     He underlined the historic significance of Shinkafi-Bagudu’s election on October 8
