At son’s 30th memorial, Muhammed’s family tasks Nigeria on victim-centric legislation 

In remembrance of their son and brother, Zakari Muhammed, family of the late erstwhile Head of State, Gen. Murtala Muhammed, has expressed disgust with murder trials in Nigeria.
