She gave actionable advice on exceeding expectations, developing a growth mindset, and taking ownership of one’s professional journey. In becoming a high-impact employee, the Head of Human Resources, Sterling Financial Holdings Company Limited, Dr Omotola Adedapo and Company Secretary and Head of People, Culture and Administration, FoodCourt, Nigeria, Zainab Kashaam-Obaro, highlighted the importance of clarity in job roles, proactive engagement and aligning personal goals with organisational objectives to deliver measurable impact.

In navigating office politics, the duo shared strategies for building competencies, enhancing visibility, and leveraging office dynamics positively without compromising professionalism.
