Tinubu, Sanwo-Olu hail Osoba at 82, Ogala 60


The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has lauded the contributions of former National Legal Adviser of the party, Babatunde Ogala, to democracy, good governance, social justice and rule of law on his attainment of 60 today.

Tinubu, who extolled the virtues of Ogala in a special statement by his media office signed by Tunde Rahman, said Ogala had done excellently well in the various spheres of life he had traversed thus far.

“Ogala has contributed greatly to law-making and jurisprudence just as he has played an invaluable role in the development of Lagos. It is on record that today, he is one of the respected leaders of the APC in Lagos. 


“My prayers on this occasion of his 60th birthday is that God Almighty grant him the grace of long life, robust health, renewed vitality and immense wisdom so that he can continue to positively impact the legal profession, Lagos and Nigeria.”

RELATEDLY, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has congratulated former Governor of Ogun State, Chief Olusegun Osoba, on his 82nd birthday celebration.

He also congratulated Ogala on his 60th birthday. Sanwo-Olu, in a statement, yesterday, described Osoba and Ogala as democrats and good ambassadors of the ruling APC. He commended Osoba and Ogala for their commitment to public service.

describing the renowned journalist and politician as epitome of honesty, dedication and service.

The Lagos governor, while congratulating Ogala on his birthday, described the former lawmaker as a worthy citizen of Lagos State.
