The Nigerian U-23 team has defeated host Senegal by a lone goal to qualify for the finals of the African U-23 Championship.
The captain of the team, Otebo Oghenekaro, scored the only goal of the game from penalty spot at 75 minutes after Ousseynou Thioune handled the ball in his penalty area to prevent Eyo Ebong from scoring.
The Dream Team, by winning, has also qualified for the male football event of the Rio 2016 Olympics.
