Ridwan Oke, Principal Partner and Founder of Iris Attorneys LP, was honored by the University of Ilorin on May 2, 2024, as a UNILORIN Advocate, recognizing outstanding alumni contributions.
The UNILORIN Advocates Unveiling initiative celebrates alumni who excel in their fields and give back to their community. Vice Chancellor Prof. Wahab Egbewole SAN unveiled 23 alumni for their excellence and commitment.
Egbewole emphasized the role of advocates in championing the university’s values and serving as mentors for current students, inspiring them to succeed.
Expressing gratitude, Ridwan Oke, known for his advocacy during the #EndSARS protests, highlighted his support for educational programs and mentorship at UNILORIN.
He encouraged alumni to maintain their connection with the university, stating, “A university is only as strong as its alumni.”
