Restricts Celebrations To Homes

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has warned residents, especially fun-seekers against violating COVID-19 guidelines during Valentine’s Day celebration.

Recall that February 14 every year is set aside for the celebration of St.Valentine globally.

Head, Publicity, Enlightenment and Advocacy of FCT Ministerial Enforcement Taskforce on COVID-19, Kharo Attah, yesterday, said the pandemic was still ravaging the country, which called for caution. He advised residents to celebrate with their loved ones at home.

Attah said the enforcement team would be fully out to ensure all necessary protocols are followed, even as he stressed violators would be arrested and prosecuted.
