Adozillion Homes and Realty is customer-centric in its operations and motivated by its core value of clients’ satisfaction, in the provision of a wide variety of profitable residential and commercial properties for the people.

In an interview, Simon Adozi revealed that what inspired him to launch into the industry is the sheer scale of fraud suffered by unsuspecting citizens who seek to end being tenants, and to achieve that, he had to be his own master.

“I felt so pained seeing people being scammed, their hard-earned monies lost due to bad decision making i.e buying properties that are not genuine from untrusted Real Estate or property agents and also, buying properties that they do not need. I had to step into the Real Estate business in order to rescue same from such bad investment decisions and also, educate intending investors so as to prevent recurrent losses,” Simon Adozi said.

He added that, “I have been doing real estate for over 8 years. Out of those eight years I sold real estate for over 7 years and I have seen how clients’ investments have been treated with some developers who would collect money and not deliver what they promised to deliver. You hear cases of people collecting money for over 12 years and they haven’t delivered a block of the apartment that the client paid for. In that case, that is a dead asset.”

The real estate expert has bagged several awards and recognition, including the prestigious 40-under-40 CEOs in Africa, African Youth Excellence Award, 100 most influential youths in Africa. In 2022, he was also honoured with Excellence in Business, Peace and Community Development Award.

Simon Adozi added: “I have been putting in the work and doing my best. So, being recognised in the ’40 Under 40 CEOs of Africa’ and the ‘Top 100 Most Influential CEOs in Africa’ is something that makes me feel that I am doing the right thing and I am headed in the right direction. It is a call to more work and we are capable and ready to do it.”
