You must fear God

Testifiers queue to share their testimonies at the programme titled: “From Sorrow To Joy,” held recently at the headquarters of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries in Ijesha, Lagos
Mal 1:6: “A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If then I am the Father, where is my honour? And if I am a Master, Where is my fear, says the Lord of Hosts to you priests who despise my name. Yet you say, ‘in what ways have we despised your name?’ (NKJV).

Prov 3:5-7: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. 6: In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. 7: Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil,” (NKJV).

The fear of God is mandatory for everybody because He created all of us. Some people have the erroneous impression that only the children of God (Christians) should fear God; no, the fear of God is for every creature. No human being created him/herself, God created all of us and if that is the case, we are all expected to fear Him without reservation.

In Gen 1:26-27, God says: “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. 27: So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them,” (NKJV).

The above quotation shows that God created all of us and, therefore, we must fear Him. Whosoever you are, if you do not fear God, He can decide to make your life miserable or even kill you.

Hos 4:6: “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children,” (NKJV).

Many people are living their lives in ignorance; they lack knowledge of their creator and, therefore, behave anyhow. Are you among them? God, by this message is warning you to repent and turn over a new leaf before it is too late. Remember, we are in a perilous times, anything can happen, you are not the owner of your life. With what is happening all over the world, it is a pointer to the fact that rapture will soon take place, even if rapture does not take place now, what about ‘Mr. Death;’ do you know when it will come?

2 Peter 3:9: “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance,” (NKJV).

Death is appointed once for everybody, but nobody knows when it will be; that is why you need to fear God at all times, so that when it comes, you will not be caught unawares. May be, as you are reading through this message, you are going to church, speaking the language of believers, yet you do not fear God, you are deceiving yourself. Repent now before it is too late, there is no repentance in the grave.

At this juncture, you may ask: how do we fear God? We fear God by departing from sin, iniquity, worldliness or carnality, while simultaneously obeying His instructions. Prov.3v7 quoted above says: “Do not be wise in your own eyes, fear God and depart from evil.”

Many people are wise in their own eyes, some even claim to be wiser than God, their creator, — God forbid! That is why such people can behave anyhow; they can be in the church, and yet commit fornication, adultery, lie and cheat. They can also go into double marriage, do all sorts of evil things; yet they feel comfortable even when their heart is condemning them, they try to suppress it. Are you among them, you should understand that God is not a man. If you can fear man, but do not fear God, note that you are threading on a dangerous ground if you are among those mention.

Luke 12:4-5: “And I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. 5: But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him! (NKJV).

Some people fear their fellow human being, but do not fear God, what a pity! The above verse says: “…Fear Him, who, after He has killed, has the power to cast into hell…” God does not only kill, He has the power to cast into hell; so, you are to fear Him reverentially. Many people, because they do not see God physically, do not consider it worthwhile to fear Him. Such people lack knowledge. Remember, in as much as God is merciful, He is also a consuming fire, so, beware! Whosoever you are, reading this message, it is not by accident, but by divine ordination so make best use of this opportunity and repent if you have not already done so. This is to attract God’s mercy to yourself. It does not matter whom you are — your personality and social status — when the wrath of God comes, you will not be able to stand it. Go and ask kings including Pharaoh, Nebuchadnezzar, Herod among others, they will tell you that not minding their splendour and aura, with all their armies, magicians and wise men, they could not withstand the wrath of God. Now, who are you to think that you can withstand God when He arises in His anger and indignation against you because you do not fear Him.

There is still ample opportunity for you now that you are still alive; do something worthwhile, turn to God and fear Him. Depart from evil and place your trust and faith in Him. We care very much about the salvation of your soul, whether you are already in the church or outside the church, God wants you to be saved. 1Tim 2:3-4 says: “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour. 4: Who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth,” (NKJV).

God wants all to be saved that is why Jesus came and died on the Cross of Calvary for the salvation of mankind. John 3v16 says: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever, that believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life.”

Jesus Christ died for all mankind, whether you believe or not. To prove this, the above verse says: “…Whosoever that believes…” ‘Whosoever’ means everybody, there is no discrimination in Christ because He died for all, so, the salvation of Christ is for all that believe; it does not matter your colour, race or language. If you come to Him, he will accept you, forgive your sins and prepare you for heaven at the end of this life. Matt 11 v 28 says: “Come unto me, all you that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.”

Will you come? He is waiting for you. Please do not let this opportunity pass you by. Come now to Christ so that you will receive power to fear Him and live a righteous life in Christ Jesus… Amen!

Testimony Of The Lord’s Doing
Chief Priestess Receives Christ, Abandons Haba-Agulu Goddess
Ps 126 v 1-2 says: “When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream, then our mouth was filled with laughter and our tongue with singing …”
I do not know the right words to use to describe my joy for God granting me freedom from the bondage of Haba-Agulu.

My name is Sister Ifeoma Okafor, l am from Agulu. I joined The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries in November 2023. Before God of Chosen delivered me, l was the priestess of a terrible shrine in Anambra State called Haba-Agulu, since year 2000. The deity was so terrible that it goes to other shrines to arrest their deities and bring them to its own domain in Agulu. Once such happens, the indigenes of the village Haba-Agulu has captured their deity would begin to die mysteriously until they appease Haba-Agulu and recover their deity.

One day Haba-Agulu commanded that I should oversee all the 17 deities under its dominion. So, I became in charge of making sacrifices and pouring libations for all these idols under Haba-Agulu. People from different locations were bringing cows, goats, fowls, cloths among other items for different sacrifices to this goddess.

As time went on, the deities increased from 17 to 32 and Haba-Agulu instructed that I should still be in charge of offering sacrifices to all of them, which l objected and she struck me blind and crippled my legs. Haba-Agulu afflicted me so much, but the God of Chosen came to my rescue.

However, one fateful day, I was in the shrine, as usual, offering sacrifices, when suddenly the Holy God of Chosen appeared to me and said l should serve Him, instead of serving Haba-Agulu. He commanded me to get up from the shrine; l was confused and did not know what he was saying. The Holy God of Chosen came inform of the angel of our General Overseer. As l was delaying to get up, the Holy God of Chosen then hit my head with fire and it began to burn every part of my body. It was at this point that I began to obey His commands. He, then, instructed me to remove all the insignia of the goddess such as earrings, bangles, chains, white clothes and wrapper that I was wearing. As I begun to do this, people began to wonder what could have happened to me, but none of them came close to hold me or do otherwise. They all stood afar to watch me. At the end of it all, I burnt some of the materials and threw others into the river, because the Holy God of Chosen has taken control of my life.

All this happened, while l was lying down in a trance and overwhelmed by a very strong power. Later some of my loved ones came to where l was lying to find out what was happening with me. So, I narrated my encounter with the Holy God of Chosen. As they heard this, they quickly ran to get a woman, known as Mama Chosen. The sister came in no time and took me to their pastor in Agulu 3 Branch, where the pastor prayed for me and I regain myself. Recovering from the encounter, l remained in the church and intensive prayers were made on my behalf until l was totally free from the shackles of serving Haba-Agulu, the goddess. P-r-a-i-s-e, the Lord!

The whole Agulu town in Anambra State has been in turmoil since this incidence happened. This Holy God of Chosen is, indeed, great!
