Rita Dominic Discloses She Worked As A Caregiver
Rita Dominic, one of the finest Nollywood actors, has revealed she once worked as a caregiver to adults who needed such care between 2001 down to 2002. According to her, she was experiencing difficulty getting along with some friends whom she considered family. She made this known at the 2024 Women of Valour Conference in Accra. Here is what she said: “In 2001/2002, I stopped acting. I left the film industry and moved to London because it was a very dark period in my life.” This goes to prove the dynamic and versatile nature of Rita where she can practically fit into any job role and be at her best at it.

Fireboy DML Seeks Heartbreak For His Next Album
Nigeria Afrobeats sensation, Fireboy, has notified the public about the theme of his upcoming album. In his X account, Fireboy said his next album is centred on heartbreak and he indulges anyone that can make that a reality for him. “After this one, I’ll go on a vacation and try to find whoever’s gonna inspire the heartbreak album that will follow.” We are definitely in for a fun time as we await the heartbreaker to inspire Fireboy DML and to give Gen Zs something for consolation when breakfast happens.


Meek Mill To Produce His Next Album In Africa
Hip-hop artist, Meek Mill, has disclosed his plan to produce his next album in Africa. He made this known in his X account where he stated: “Ima go to Africa and record my next album! Stay for two weeks bring my producers my art and mash up!!!” The star also hinted that a new album featuring multiple artists from different African countries is in the offing. His words: “12 different songs, 12 different countries, 12 different artists.”

Bellie Eilish And Finneas As Youngest Winners At Oscar
Bellie Eilish, 22, and her brother Finneas O’Connell, 26, became the youngest Oscar double winners with their best original song at the Oscar win Sunday night. The siblings who collaborated for ‘What Was I Made For?’ won at the just concluded 2024 Oscars. This marks the pair’s second Oscar win in the category, as they took home the award. When Eilish took the stage, she burst out laughing from excitement. “I had a nightmare about this last night,” joked the pop star. She admitted that she was “not expecting” to win again, but feels “so incredibly lucky and honoured.”
