A final year student of the department of Accounting, Landmark University, Oluwatobi Oladiran has emerged one of the best three global affiliates of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of Nigeria in the December 2016 examination.

At the presentation of award held in Lagos, the Head, ACCA Nigeria, Olatunji Oyeleye, noted that Oladiran’s story was noteworthy and inspiring as he had completed all the stages of the ACCA even as a student.

“This is enough to motivate other students in their membership journey,” he stated. Oyeleye added that Oladiran was able to achieve the milestone due to his passion for success in the accounting career.

The student had earlier fulfilled the requirements of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) for membership. According to Oladiran, the certified status conferred on him by the ICAN and ACCA was as a result of the university’s continuous effort towards full career attainment for any student who passes through the institution.
